In the Behavioral Design (Habits) portion of the module, we then get into vital and interesting territory: habit science. Using the latest research in the field of behavioral psychology, we can confidently create, eliminate, replace, or modify any habit for the long term. We can also use these same strategies to decrease or increase the likelihood of performing almost any activity. We refer to this process as βdesigning a path of least resistance,β and we will learn to use this process daily to drastically change and shape our lives to the forms of our choosing.

This course is about using what we know about the human mind and habit formation to make it natural and easy to make the best decisions and unnaturally difficult to make poor decisions.
