    The Get Muscular/ Stronger routine is designed specifically to increase your muscle mass and strength. You will employ tactics used by experts in bodybuilding, strength training, and Olympic lifting depending on your specific goals whether they be just to look good, to lift more, get stronger for a specific sport/ skill or a combination thereof. You will learn how to achieve those goals even if you only can dedicate 15 minutes once a week to your routine. This routine will focus on working your muscles properly with the ideal number of sets, repetitions, and rest to reach your goals as fast and safely as possible. You will also explore simple diet habits to maximize your gains and learn the mental practices that boost strength, muscle growth, motivation, and habit formation for the long term.
