    The Longevity routine is designed specifically to help you live longer, live better, and maintain your health well into your elder years. This routine will tackle improving longevity across multiple dimensions of your life so you can feel better today and keep feeling better long into the future allowing you to squeeze the most meaning and happiness out of this life as possible. Tackling longevity is complex and requires a total health approach. Most people think that longevity is purely physical, and although physical health is important it has recently been discovered by Harvard researchers that connection with others is as important if not more important in living to 100 and beyond, which is why connection is an essential part of your longevity total health routine.
